How can I register online?
You can register online by clicking the CREATE AN ACCOUNT link at the homepage. You can also click the My Account Tab, or the Cart Contents Tab, if you don't have an account yet, and it will redirect you to the Registration Page.
What if I want to contact you online? Is there any way to contact you through this website?
You can use my contact form by clicking the CONTACT US tab in the main menu, or you can e-mail me direclty at jen@gurlash.com. You can also send me an SMS at +6329167038965.
How can I change my username and password?
To change your username or password go to My Account, then click the View or Change my Account Information link, and change your e-mail address. You e-mail address serves as your username. Same as the password, click the Change my account password link, then enter your current password, subsequently, your new password and confirm your new password. After that, click continue, and you have successfully changed your password at Gurlash Fashion.
How do I update other personal information?
To update your personal information, go to My Account, then click the View or Change my Account Information link, you can also change your Address Book entries by clicking the View or change entries in my address book link. You can add atmost 5 different addresses.
How to Find Items?
There's a world of great things to buy at Gurlash Fashion, from skirts to blouses to accessories of all types. And there are two easy ways to find them: browsing and searching.
Browsing
Browsing is clicking through categories and lists of items until you find what you're interested in.
Searching
If you know exactly what you're looking for, just type a few words into the search box on the Home page and you'll get a list of relevant items.
How can I purchase items?
You can purchase anything at Gurlash Online by clicking your desired item and adding it to your Shopping Cart. After shopping, you can Check Out, and view the summary of your shopped items before purchase.
What are the method of payments here at Gurlash Fashion?
You can send your payments in my GCASH or bank account right after check out. The buyer should settle the complete payment within 3 days.
How can I obtain my purchased items at Gurlash Fashion?
Once you have completed all necessary payments after checking out, you can pick up the purchased items near SM San Lazaro, Robinsons Pioneer, or any place within the vicinity of Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
Is it possible that my purchased items will be delivered right at my doorstep?
Yes it is! provided that you will pay the shipment fee, and once all the necessary payments are completed. I will then send the purchased items thru LBC, or DHL.
